Shipping, Refund and Returns Policy

Shipping Policy

  • Once the order placement process is complete, we will ship your order within 5 working days. Under any unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamity, strikes, riots, acts of God etc. the delivery time may change.
  • In case of urgent delivery, kindly email us at order@palekarandco.com and provide order reference we will be happy to help you out.
  • We take care of bulk orders delivery in the most efficient manner, so you do not have to worry about the consignment at all. Should you have any query concerning bulk order you may email to us at order@palekarandco.com. We can customize the delivery as per the requirement for your bulk order.
  • Shipping charges are INR 60 for orders within Dadar area. 
  • Delivery of your order is subject to availability of stocks
  • In the advent of return of products, customer will have to pay for the shipment back and under that circumstance, the shipping cost of product/s delivered, is not to re-funded back.
  • Our stock gets replenished very fast and there might be a possibility that some products you require goes out of stock. We request you to email us at order@palekarandco.com, so that we ensure the availability of the stock in the design you like.

Return Policy

  • The product needs to be returned in 5 calendar days from the date of receipt.
  • For return eligibility, the product has to be unused and in the same condition as you received.
  • The packaging has to be original while returning.
  • The item should have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please note that returns of plants will not be accepted in any situation since plants are perishable and liable to stress in transit

  • If the product is returned due to any sort of damage to the product during delivery and/or delivery of incorrect product as compared to the order, then we will bear the delivery charges.  Please note that the underlying photos, copy of invoice etc. to evidence the damage during delivery/delivery of incorrect product will need to be provided by the customer to our satisfaction .

Cancellation Policy

  • If you wish to cancel your order, then get in touch with us as soon as possible with your order number. Email us at order@palekarandco.com
  • As long as your order is not dispatched, we can cancel your order.  Once an order is dispatched it would not be possible to cancel the same.
  • For Prepaid order, as well, cancellation is possible with the amount refunded to you via Payment Gateway directly to the source mode of payment used by you for making initial payment.
  • Orders cancelled prior to shipping will have a cancellation charge of Rs, 100 which would be deducted from the refund to be issued

Refund Policy

  • Refund policy works if intimated within 2 days from the receipt, only in case of the following condition –
    • The product you ordered has a manufacturing defect
    • The product you received is damaged.
    • The product you received is not as per your order
  • If a defective/damaged/incorrect product is delivered you are requested to send us a photo of the defective/damaged/incorrect product within 2 days from date of receipt.
  • Please note –
    • The refund procedure initiates within 48 hours from the receipt of your product subject to the inspection of the product.
    • Receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment of the order.
    • The expected time for refund (after initiation) will be 7-10 working days.
    • The refund time may vary from bank to bank.
  • Once we receive your returned product, we inspect it and immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item and the reason for refund.
  • If your return condition is confirmed, we initiate a refund of your payment.
  • You receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s/bank policies.
  • No refunds will be given in the following cases:
    • Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
    • Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
    • After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier.
    • Package refused by recipient.
    • Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
    • Products that have been opened and/or changed in any shape, form or matter
    • Note: Refunds will only be made after we have received the returned shipment
